Ryman Healthcare Retirement Complex - Nelson
Oldfields Nelson won the contract for the works at the Ryman Healthcare Retirement Complex. The work involves all siteworks, road construction, aggregate supply, kerbs and channels, surfacing and concrete supply.
January 2008 the first residents moved in amoungst all the construction.

Oldfields Ltd Nelson was one of the finalists in the Supreme Award section for the work carried out on the 8.4kms Croiselles/French Pass Seal Extension.
